Guidelines & Administration

  • The Chair will be guided by the Governing Council (GC).
  • The Chair shall abide by the Bye-Laws of CVS in administering its regular functions.
  • This Chair Committee is led by a Chair with a minimum of four committee members (the exact number is to be decided by the GC from time to time).
  • The Chair is nominated by the GC President.
  • The Chair shall preside over the meetings of the Committee.
  • The tenure of all members is 2 years, and they may be re-elected.
  • Members will meet at least once a quarter.
