Administration activities of CVS is taken care by office bearers viz, President, Vice-president, Treasure and Secratory and Director General who are selected/elected by the governing council. The office bearers are responsible and accountable for running and maintaining all activities of CVS as per bye laws of the organisation and directives of governing council. Office bearers can appoint support staff on regular basis with salaries to support them in all activities of CVS, which shall be approved by governing council.
In similar manner all activities at chapters level will be taken care by office bearers of said chapters
