Chairs

The Chair will be guided by the Governing Council
The Chair shall abide by the Bye-Laws of CVS in administering its regular functions.
This Chair Committee is led by a Chair with minimum four (number is to be decided by GC from time to time) committee members
The Chair is /nominated by GC President
The Chair shall preside over the meetings of the Committee
The tenure of all members is 2 years and may be re-elected
Members will meet at-least once a quarter.
