The Vice-President from amongst the elected Members of the Governing Council in a meeting of the Governing Council. The roles and responsibilities of the Vice President include:
Serves as the chief executive officer of the CVS and presides at all meetings of the CVS in absence of President
Takes up special tasks as directed by the President
