The President shall be elected by the Governing Council, from amongst the members of the Governing Council. The roles and responsibilities of the President include:
Serves as the chief executive officer of the CVS and presides at all meetings of the CVS, and attends all meetings of the Governing Council.
Exercises general supervision over officers
Interprets and enforces the CVS’s Bye-Laws.
Controls, with the Treasurer, the financial transactions of CVS.
